Mr. Joshi is a Civil Engineer with post-graduation in Business Management and a RICS certified BIM Professional with over 17 years of experience in helping the Construction Industry in their BIM & Digital Transformation Process. He is an expert BIM Workflow Strategist with deeper interest in Data interoperability and Automation. He has worked on several marque projects across US, Europe, APAC, India, and Middle East. He is also a Member of Board of Studies at MIT College of Management.

Mr. Rajeev Nehru

Vice President - CDCPIndia

Mr. Nehru, is a Civil engineer with a Master’s in Construction Management from the University of Pune. He also holds a Certificate in Senior Business Management from IIM Ahmedabad. He brings more than 25 years’ experience in construction management, contract management, business strategy, strategic planning, cost and program management. He has worked with reputed organizations like Hindustan Construction Co (HCC), Rohan Builders, NICMAR etc. He has been awarded the prestigious British Chevening Scholarship in 2006-07.

Mrs. Sonali Dhopte

Board Member & Treasurer- CDCPIndia

An Architect and Interior Designer with almost 30 years’ experience of working with diverse firms in the US and India. As Chief Strategist she oversees and guides the BIM technology team and manages project deliveries as per client requirements. She is very passionate about new technologies, and she envisions technology as a powerful enabler for radical growth and transformation worldwide. She is a member of CII National Council on Smart Cities and Urban Development (2021-22).

Mr. P. R. Surendhra Babu

Mr. Babu is a BE Civil, ME Civil and MBA with more than 35 years of experience in Engineering, Site Execution, Project Management, Business Development, and International Business of L&T. He is a Fellow member with The Institution of Engineers of India (FIE) and also an IIPM. His Areas of Expertise include Engineering, Construction Methods, Operations, Overseas Projects and he has handled various key positions in India and Middle-East.

Dr. Venkata Santosh K. Delhi

Dr. Venkata Santosh Kumar Delhi is an Assistant Professor at Civil Engineering Dept. at IIT Bombay. He has obtained his PhD in Construction Management from Dept. of Civil Engineering, IIT Madras. He was also a Fulbright Nehru Doctoral and Professional Research Fellow at Global Projects Center, Stanford University, USA in 2012. Currently, he is part of the Construction Technology and Management Specialization in Civil Engineering Department, IIT Bombay.

Mr. Anil Mutalik

Mr. Mutalik is a Civil Engineer with more than 25 years of experience. He has handled various strategic portfolios like Project Finances, Business Planning, Strategic Procurement, Operations, Design Management, Cost Control and leading innovation and Research Initiatives at Corporate Level. He was associated with organizations like Bovis Lend Lease, Taj Hotels, Ochziff, Space Matrix & Piramal Realty at Leadership Role & listed Tenon Properties at AIM London.

Mr. Yash Pratap Singh

Mr. Singh has 16 years of experience across Indian and US in construction and infrastructure industry. He has provided advisory services for project controls, digital interventions, project governance and analytics, modelling business processes, project management maturity audits, portfolio management, and organizational training and development. Mr. Singh also specializes in Lean construction and has executed various projects for improving project throughput.

Mr. Bala Vinod Sudam

Mr. Sudam is an experienced Project Management Professional with more than 30 years of experience. He brings extensive experience in Real Estate Management, Demographic Studies, Feasibility Analysis, Budgeting & Cost Tracking of Projects including construction. He was involved with various national and international organizations of repute from across the country and Asia Pacific Region. He is also a member of the Real Estate Committee at FICCI-Telangana (Chaired 2016-19).

Dr. Ashwin Mahalingam

Dr. Ashwin Mahalingam joined the faculty in the Civil engineering department at IIT-Madras in 2006. Ashwin received his B. Tech in Civil engineering from IIT-Madras and an MS & PhD from Stanford University. Ashwin's research interests are in the areas of Digital Technology Adoption, PPP in Infrastructure planning and management, and the management and governance of large engineering projects. Ashwin is also a co-founder of Okapi Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd and serves as a Director on the Board.

Dr. Jyoti Trivedi is a Senior Assistant Professor in the higher education sector. She holds a PhD from SVNIT Surat and a Civil Engineering degree from L.D. College of Engineering.
